Beach Bakyard Tournament Waiver & Release of Liability

In consideration of being allowed to participate in any way in the Beach Bakyard King of the Court event, I acknowledge, appreciate, and agree that:

• The risk of injury from activities involved in this event is significant, including the potential for permanent paralysis and death.
• I knowingly and freely assume all such risks, both known and unknown, and assume full responsibility for my participation.
• I willingly agree to comply with the stated and customary terms and conditions for participation.
• If I observe any unusual or significant hazard during my presence or participation, I will remove myself from participation and bring such to the attention of the nearest official immediately.
• I, for myself and on behalf of my heirs, assigns, personal representatives and next of kin, hereby release and hold harmless Beach Bakyard LLC, event organizers, sponsors, volunteers, and their representatives with respect to any and all injury, disability, death, or loss or damage to person or property arising out of my participation, whether arising from the negligence of the releases or otherwise, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Photo & Media Release

I hereby grant permission to Beach Bakyard and affiliated organizers to use photographs and/or video taken of me at the event for promotional and marketing purposes in publications, online, and other media.
